One of my favorite verses is Deut 8:10-17 “When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God…You may say to yourself, ‘My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.’ But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth…”

We don’t think God provides because we think we did it ourselves. But who gave us the ability to work? That puts everything into perspective, doesn’t it?
