Keeping you income to debt ratio down is an admirable endeavor, but life knocks for 80 years with luck or even less ... a lot of stuff people could never get if it weren&#039;t for debt.  It&#039;s not always bad I don&#039;t think ... then again, what do we really need that we have to borrow so much for?</description>
