		<description>Nice post!  High tech start-ups are risky endeavors.  I would be more interested in a nice acquisition than going IPO for a variety of reasons.   You have to enjoy what you are doing and work with people you like so even if you don&#039;t make a ton of money, you shouldn&#039;t feel like you&#039;ve wasted your time/life.</description>
