		<description>It&#039;s interesting -- during &quot;regular&quot; market times it seems that modest homes are a much better investment, because luxury homes always stay on the market longer, because there&#039;s a much smaller pool of people who can buy them.  

But then when the market goes crazy like it is now, the luxury home market isn&#039;t affected as much because the pool of people who can usually buy them, still can.</description>
