Wow, it’s Monday again and there’s a new carnival up at The Simple Dollar! My submission for this week was on evaluating job offers, and I found a couple other interesting articles on careers at the carnival too:
- Is a Job Worth Your Life? — This article at Cash Money Life describes some incredibly dangerous careers. I didn’t know fishing was so dangerous.
- How to (Not) Ask for a Raise — I agree with pretty much everything in this article, and I’ve seen some botched negotiations too.

Thanks for the mention.
I knew fishing was dangerous, but I never knew how dangerous it was until I did some research into it. There are a few other dangerous jobs mentioned as well. It is interesting to know what kind of work some people do everyday.
